That what the fact of life are, now i trying to stop few minute and give my self a refresh thinking of what i going on in life, well its easy to say and think, but its hard to do, most of us choose the easy way, hmmm well that ryte, but really need to have a hard way too, so it worthfull in life and gain more better in life, as what other word say better Price better quality

Today, stuck my self with all kind of stuff..try to solve my Project which complicated,sob....

well here come a book that i read, title "You can do anything you believe you can"

the things go like this

If there is a goal u want to reach, resolve t start doing something about it. stop procrastinating. write out what u want to do and how u plan to do ti. its the same as if u were planning a trip, u get a map, make u preparations, and then start traveling the right road.

Do something every day to move the roadblocks that stand in your way. keep it simple. trust u instincts. Do one thing at a time. Remember.....if u havent reached ur goal and u keep doing the same things u are doing now, u will keep ending up in similar place to where u are now.

once u start making progress, u will be magically propelled toward eventual reward. just keep listening and taking direction from inside u. every effort u make tells ur being that u are serious. action empowers us towards more action. be patient, ur dreams will not come true overnight. but start now, and go with love and courage and confidence. dont be afraid. u can do anything u believe u can!

Here Again! im back hehe... this day it was tiring day, but at night we go out diner at Citrus in Miri, its a new eating place XD, so me with my baby family are there too

Morning blogs, well today morning i went to 2020 food center for makan, dim sum lor my favorite ever food in miri haha..making me fat actually lols..here some picture of it

so after makan i drive home lor with my little sis, reach home and read this book "first aid Book"..hehe nice lor

well its important for us even we are normal people, i need more knowledge of this so i can learn more in my career which is more important on safety and health

cant see me lei...im behind the books tee hee..well i keep read and read till i found one topic common want lar but also good to know more about it

here some thing u should know

HEADACHES

i guess people always experiancing this rite, well headaches have many causes. often they can develop for no apparent reason or as a symptom of commom illness such as flu. sometimes they are an indicator of a more serious condition such as a head injury, stroke or other serious illness get that? so carefull with it, don play play

@well there's a treatmeat for it if we found that person have it or we own
1. help the peron into a comfortable position in a quite place. consider remedies such as dimming the lights, cold compress, fresh air and sips of cold water which is easy to lead to headach(remember this)
2.check for other signs and symptoms that may indicate a more serious condition and take action as apporpriate. seek urgent medical advice if:
- there has been a head injury
-there are signs and symptoms of meningitis
-the person appears confused, drowsy or there is any fall in the level of consciousness
3. help the person to take her / his usual painkillers
4 if the pain persists, seek medical advice quickly if can lar

@Symptoms of tension headaches such as:
-sensation of a band tightening around the skull
-pain ranges in intensity
-a throbbing sensation that pulses in time with the heartbeat
-may be accompanied by eye or neck pain for most of it

@here are the Signs and symptoms of meningitis if any combination of the sickness may be present:
-fever
-headache
-Nausea or vomiting
-stiff neck(pain or difficulty in touching the chest with the chin)
-Convulsions
-sensitivity to light
-rash(bleeding under the skin)which does not go away if a glass is pressed against it

and in addition, in babies and young children!!
- the soft spot on the head ( the fontanelle)may be stretched tight
-there may be floppiness, lack of focus on surroundings

that all i found and understand what i research tough, well i guess gat to go rest already ehhee..i will post my next post again if im free , well im in holiday now waiting my final sem to start XD

Phew..today quite a tiring day for me.sobs..just came back from night class(ERP subject)well, this how my days are today...lets start from the day time, i was watching a Movie in HBO i guess title" lucky seven slevin" well its a nice show which keep me awake from whole morning, gosh! really make my day tired with that movie. well at noon time i just take a rest to replace my day time energy haha.well days and tomorrow just like an routine time to the same again.

So, in the day time and noon time not much story or happening going on, just to share about My night class just now i went, really fun haha,i think so..first of all im late about 5 min to class, driving to class mah need catch up the traffic jam at evening. so after reaching my college, my car park was so squeezed up by my two friends car lols well, in class while waiting my lecturer get ready his presentation.

well lesson is staring now, guess what, that our lecture for this course, he's from a company which by his own i guess, and the others my classmate, really bored huh?haha..well they just start to talk and chit a chat, well our lesson will be about 3 hours a day.

so, while buzy hearing lecture talks, i was opening my calender in my note books, well u can see lots lots of programs going on(look stress huh?) well its a life book for me to go on my days with alots of plan coming up.

Gosh,just remember, we have presentation next week on 2 to 3 September!! really need get ready because its final one lols..and this coming saturday will be a full day buzy time till sunday, having a concert and talk by Fr.stan from US i guess, and also have Curtin university foods sell going on.

now is Tea-break time or Take 5 in such a word lols,and about 2 hours pass, look all my mates are all went out for a drink or smoke i guess, or

hmmm..teaching keep goes on after the break time, then at the 2hours +++,we get bored! due to what we learn human being can focus on the thing they learn for about 45min then they need a rest, well rest time for 5min do you think enough? well we getting heavy eyes, as same as all class, gosh!Plus! air cond are not open OMG! i dunno who are closing it till the remote are lost lols...

this how went we are Out of air lols, kinda tired(Hope he doesnt know i post this picture here lols)he my friends Rob..so at the end of class we have earn alots what about the subject today and half gone in mind with out of air service in class...

Time has passing by, well we cant stop a time that goes by only if we use our hand to stop our alarm clock at home that works, but world doesn't stop at all as time goes along. so this remind me a friend of mine which she really have lots lots of problem as we cant really face it or due with it till we really think that day are end or something like just be a shadow behind us. for what i see in my life, things happen, things that has done in our life there are mean for us, well in changing us, or in other way to look us in different way as in mature in lots of way we handle our life.

so i guess here is it, Problem???Omg its really full of Pain, sufferings, broke heart, cant even sleep at all and what more??stressing your self to think and keep thinking lots of subject in our mind. keep asking WHY?HOW?WHAT?ME?YOU? many more ...well i guess in billion of human being in this earth experiencing Problem as in lots example lost of your soulmate?family?sibling?most of all friends..we cant get away from those things in life..well that what LIFE really mean for us to get up tru all kind of things that happen.

first of all, i tell you, Never ever "regreat" about what going on with the pass, because it really bring u to something different then u experiencing before, well as in example(went we born,we use to cry ,after the pass, we are about few months or years ,we start to talk, but we tend to forget of the pass and we learn the thing what we seen now) we always wonder what happen pass rite?that make the point that we keep flashing the time pass, well its hurt and sad to think of it,but can say its funny moment, maybe that what things happen to be it,and change a person like you to be a mature enough to be in the wise world..well we are still lots more ways to go in this world rite, do u read about "HEAVEN"?well its interesting. GO salvation and buy haha

well guys i guess we better have a JOG, healthy food and all kind good stuff we have whole day, stress is not bad thing at all,its really make our mind working to be more and more better and ready to solve all kind of problem in future and also marrige, well if we take to serious i guess one day you will become like this

Singer/songwriter Jason Mraz hails from Mechanicsville, VA, where he grew up as a fan of the Dave Matthews Band and local roots musicians the Agents of Good Roots.
